Why exercise?
When you move your body you get your blood flowing throughout your body and improves circulation. This can improve the pain and other symptoms that you're feeling. You may also notice improved energy levels and better sleep. We exercise to release endorphins and lower estrogen levels.
Physical activity is important to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. It works to decrease sensitivity of the nervous system we benefit from exercise by building muscles, improve range of motion, increased endurance, energy and stability.
Always listen to your body and don't over do it.
It only takes 2 weeks for you to begin to lose muscle mass. Motion is lotion!
