Self care reduces stress or overload. Mindfulness, deep breathing and meditation are great way to sit down and take some time to yourself.

Self Love
Self love is about believing you are a good and worthy person and you are positive and confident in the person you are. With Endometriosis I feel we often lose our sense of loving ourselves. How can we love ourselves when our body is at war with itself everyday and you feel like crappy, so you look like crap. We are more than our bodies, looks and illnesses. We have minds that have so much capability and we just need to tap into it.
Self Compassion
When practicing self compassion is to give yourself the same nice, kind and friendliness you would your best friend. We are in a world where good isn't good enough and perfect is never perfect. But news flash, we are all human! It's something we all have in common! No one is perfect. Your best is good enough because it's YOUR best.
